Shipping + Returns

Shipping

We currently ship within the US only, primarily via USPS Priority Mail. Your online order will ship within 1-4 business days from the order date. Delivery times will vary, depending on location; USPS Priority Mail delivery window is typically 2-5 business days. When your order ships you will receive a notification email with your tracking number. If you would like to expedite shipping, please contact us at hello@germantownlaundromat.com.

Curbside Pickup

Curbside pickup is available from our Shop at no extra cost during business hours Thursday - Sunday 11a - 5p. Place an order through our Online Shop, complete requested info at checkout (including your shipping address) and select the Curbside Pickup option before submitting your order. Add any information in the Additional Notes section at checkout (ie name for who will be picking up your order etc).

Returns : In-Store

You can return eligible item(s) for store credit within 14 days of original purchase with receipt or evidence of purchase through our customer database. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and unaltered in any way. 

Some exclusions apply: undergarments, personal care products (ie deodorant, toothpaste, etc), bulk refill products, magazines, and sale items are all final sale. All special ordered items are not returnable.

Returns : Online Purchases

The above restrictions also apply but for online purchase returns, please email hello@germantownlaundromat.com first to begin the return process. You will need to receive a return authorization prior to shipping the product back. We offer store credit in the amount of your return. Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs for returns.

Exchanges

At this time, we are not able to offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, contact us about making a return for a refund and then place a new order.
